Thanks. repairing a broken spring in my glasses right now. If anyone else finds this and is repairing the spring area, keep the glue and baking soda out of the hole. Also If you can't get the screw back in, a paper clip may work. Just bend it with needle nose and good luck. This is a temp fix for me.
