Another TH-camr here just giving a note. having a thumbnail that “stands out” is heavily effected on peripheral vision especially considering the structuring of TH-cam’s home tab and suggested videos list where the thumbnails are close together. The bright colour of choice in the thumbnail should be neon yellow because this is the most noticeable colour in a humans peripheral vision as well as considering that 80% of phone users have dark mode. This should bring your click through rate between 10% - 15%. Great video btw!
I haven’t watched the video yet but your first point you really glaze it up but it’s not that deep. The reason I am not actively thinking about it is because there is no reason to think about. It’s like I click on a video don’t get click baited and am content with what was shown to me I am not going to go “hmmm I should contemplate a hypothetical scenario that didn’t happen and get me thinking about psychology and stuff. There is no need too”
when you talked about the end screen i got reminded about all the videos ive seen where the end screen covers some of the important bits of the ending from the video
