I want to get my brain scanned also...having a better understanding of me. After trauma, depression, car accident and more. Seeing/ knowing what areas aren't connecting in my brain would give me a significant boost towards a a healthier mental lifestyle. Having a chance to strengthing and/or understanding what steps to take towards better brain health.
@@rupalpandey5788 thanks. I have decided to make a commitment towards a healthy healing lifestyle change. Starting and stopping isn't a option. Having a better outlook staying motivated is key for me to stick to the changes my mind and body deserve. I have done meditation, treadmill walks/ Sprints and dance and so on in the pass. Now after finding Dr. Amen channel I seek to do so much more.
Interesting , helpful video. Can you do a video about recovering from anosmia after COVID?I My sense of smell came back, but it is distorted, & I can't smell smoke.What is the latest research on this issue?What is the cost of a SPECT scan? Does insurance cover it?

Dr. Amen nutraceuticals never helped me. Hopefully I don't spend $6,000 on a brain scan to find out if that's going to be your answer
