I PLACED AN ORDER FOR FACE SHEET MASKS ON NYKAA AFTER THERE WAS A DISCOUNT ON IT. BUY 5 AND GET 5 FREE. SO PLACED ORDER FOR 10 THINKING I WILL GET 10 FREE { FROM SAME BRAND} AND LATER FOUND OUT, THEY DID'NT ADD THE FREEBIES.
Hey thanks for your comment, That’s sounds strange I have never faced this issue u can contact to you their customer care
You have to add 10 face masks and 5 of them will be the free ones, so that’s exactly that happened with you, they let you choose the ones you want they don’t add it by them self. If you wanted 20 you had to add 20 masks to your cart and 10 out of those will be free.
