The Secret of Soft Spiny Goldfish Pepes

Assalamualaikum all my friends, I hope you are always healthy.
I have a goldfish, you must know that goldfish have lots of sharp spines and spines in their flesh too.
To make it easier to eat goldfish, I will cook it into SOFT SPIN CARP PEPES.
It turns out there is a secret and it can save fuel and time to process it.

MATERIAL :
4-5 Goldfish (1 kg)
banana leaf
Aluminum Foil
2 Yeast Tapes - coin size (finely ground)
SPICE :
3 Segments of ginger
5 segments of turmeric
2 galangal segments
1/2 tbsp coriander
1/2 tbsp pepper
5 candlenuts
10 red onion cloves
10 cloves of garlic
6 curly red chilies
15 red bird's eye chilies (some whole)
1.5 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Mushroom broth
1 tbsp Vitsin (if you like)
Note: Spicy is just a matter of taste
Whole vegetable ingredients:
1 handful of Leuncak
1 handful of basil leaves
1 combrang flower / onje
2 large red tomatoes
5 bay leaves
5 pieces of lemongrass stalks
