They are fantastic cars, but that new hybrid engine, although more economical, isn't a patch on the TwinAir engine, which has way better performance. You mentioned about the hard touch plastics inside, in places yes, but it's all well screwed together and durable. The latest UK cars have a better touchscreen with a lot more functions including Apple car play as standard.
I've just come back from renting one in Madeira. It's a town car. It will not go up a hill. The weight of the battery kills the power going up a steep hill. The power reclaim slows the car a lot, until the battery is fully charged, and then it's back to your foot I did not like the unpredictable braking. It's all frantic rpm, with no low down power. It's fun for 10 mins, tiresome any longer. Never worked out when the engine was going to stop, so on a hill, it was held in 1st gear, 3000 rpm with the clutch just biting. It'll be fine going to the shop in Norfolk, but I'd avoid for Scotland, Wales, peak district, motorway slips roads, multi story car parks.
Aha we took it up Mt Vesuvius with no problems 😅 didn’t feel underpowered at all and was fun to drive. It’s by no means quick, but was pleasantly surprised by its character and performance!
@@CarCultureClubCompared to Italy, UK had more than twice the rate of homicide and more than four times the rate of drug related crime. This has been true for at least the past 20 years and the disparity is only getting greater. More to the point, what does it have to do with the car? I suggest you get an education if you want to open your mouth in public.
Had a couple of previous gen Pandas and they are fine for a cheap little car not good for larger folk and 70 hp can be enough but they have to be cheap to make sense used probably best as used market levels the playing field so to speak
The Fiat Panda Hybrid has a gasoline engine combined with an electric motor that receives electricity from a special battery located under the driver's seat, the battery voltage is 12V. When the car moves at a speed of up to 30 km/h, the electric motor starts the Fiat Panda Hybrid, as soon as the speed of the Fiat Panda exceeds 30 km/h, it starts with the help of the gasoline engine.
2:51 when you press the black button with the white steering wheel under which CITY is written in white letters, it will be easier for you to operate the steering wheel when parking.
I usually really enjoy your reviews. This one is no different but the frequent mention of the Mafia is a bit annoying. Organized crime exists everywhere. To constantly make reference to it just because the car is Italian reinforces unnecessary stereotypes. Thank you.
You can also connect an Android phone to the USB on the radio osm flash drive via a USB 2.0 cable. One note before connecting the phone via usb cable you should check if the Android phone has factory installed Android auto application. In addition to the USB cable, you can also connect the Android phone to the radio via Bluetooth.
Horrible things, interior from the 90s , horrible obstructive gear change. Pointless hybrid that adds nothing to the car. It’s a cheap car and feels it.
I don’t think rear windows in Europe are allowed to go all the way down now? In case children in the back fall out.
Health and safety!
If that is true then that would make sense! But would also be funny if that’s the case
nah that is not true
1:56 - 2:10 . Perfect!

They really are cool little cars and I agree that the twin air engine is miles better!

Good Panda review, but less of the lazy Mafia cliches please.
Aha if you saw our vlog you’d understand the reason behind it ;)

Okay
Lightweight description of the Panda.

If you watch our Italian vlog, you’d understand why we are mentioning Mafia jokes as it was part of the “challenge” in the vlog

What is scratchy plastic got to do with poor build quality...eh.
The fact that’s it’s plastic?
Imbecile making mafia references.
Okay
Way overpriced . The competition at the same price is better.
