Thank you for this daily devotional. Our marriage has been struggling and I know that is the Enemy trying to destroy it, but he does not want me to have the joy that Jesus gives me. Help me to pray fervently for my husband and pray that he gets back to where he needs to be with God. He’s lost that fire for the Lord that he used to have, and I pray that it returns.

If you can't pray for your spouse, ask God to help you be able to do it. Ask God to soften your heart and give you what you need to make you able to pray for your spouse. You can also just act as if. Even if you don't mean it at first, through the act of doing it, if you really want a good strong relationship with your spouse, it will become genuine over time. We have to let go of our egos and stop taking everything personally. The enemy is not our spouse. Our spouse is our teammate. Satan is the enemy. God heals.
