Stationary shooting from midrange, seeing how many shots I can make out of 100. 20 attempts from each of the five spots. Great drill to build muscle memory, consistency, and focus.
Your consistency and focus is insane! However, I do see areas you could improve to be more ‘textbook’ form. You’re standing a little bit too straight up from catch to jump. Your elbows are pretty low so I’d consider this wide open set shooting. I’d suggest working on the ‘hop’ too as it’s faster than 1 -2 step for catch and shoot (faster prep). Anyway, I could never hit that many out of 100 but just suggesting always look for ways to improve and think about what can work in game situations. Thanks for sharing the vid.
