    I believe Putin clearly explained, in his interview with Tracker Carlson, his stance on NATO’s expansion. The notion that this expansion is a threat is laughable, especially when considering that it’s impossible to attack Russia due to its nuclear arsenal. The main reason is quite evident, though not very convenient for conspiracy theorists. Before the war, Putler did not recognize Ukraine’s borders. He explained in Carlson’s interview his view of Ukrainian territory, which he considers an important part of Russia. The rest is just commentary.
