Nope, the R.H. engine motor mount does not have to come out. If you have a base model without power steering ( which it really does not need ) and no air conditioning, it is extremely easy to change. No need to take the valve cover off either.
I have to do one of these and i am not going to put extra tension on the tension wheel. That spring pressure is calibrated .
Can you time it with the timing light
I see theres a chain on the opposite side of the engine, whats this for?
The timing belt drives the front cam. The chain drives the rear chain from the front cam's rotation.
Does the chain ever have to be replaced?

Wonderful! I've had mine for 14 years, done all of my own maintenance, which is easy even for a novice, and it's given me no issues.
How much (average) is the cost for this job?
I dont know, i make up my prices. it could easily be a 500-800 dollar job at a shop
Installed the coil seal the wrong way
