Great attention to detail! Professional grade for sure. However, I did not see the document of the sheet metal screws (bent), sheet rock screws or nails. Also the bailing wire, duct tape and JB weld! Thanks for sharing!

Wow - that is amazing - so useful for people trying to maintain these beautiful cars. Hopefully you can share these - maybe as PDFs? Thanks. Peter

Those are going to be a nice resource Robert. I've on and off been trying to create a 3D model catalog of the engine bits / studs but haven't gotten back to it. If the specs could be added to some of the pictures, it should be possible to find cross references / other vendors with the same parts if they're NLA at Jaguar.... or for some items work up 3D files for prints.
Re bulk plating, I've always read that hydrogen embrittlement is a thing you have to watch out for with hardened fasteners and they might need a bake cycle in-post in order to reduce the possibility of a stress fracture after plating. Something that it might be worth doing a read on before doing plating of critical fasteners. IDK for sure but

I would definitely buy a set of these if you decided to put them on the website

Stunning….….I was very involved this week with many of those pieces. Question for the group/Robert. What is the size of the rivet in the windshield wiper arm near the base? Thank you

Sorry. I only have part numbers, not application. Perhaps someone else has that info. Which would be awesome.

Great work Bob, if possible can a person buy a copy of these sheets? If so could they be posted and e-mailed?

Please do provide the links to the files for those images. Identifying fasteners on my XJ12 has been an ongoing battle (as is sourcing them in my metric home country)

Are they printed so that the items are actual size on the paper to the actual part? That is really a great resource, I’d love to have the files, I have a printer that will do up to 13x19

Bill went to Kinko's and they quickly figured out what they had to do to blow them up full size.
