They’re really cool. I understand the price. This isn’t a huge company that can make thousands of them for every Target and Walmart peg.
These look great. Only thing keeping me away is the price. I can’t justify $75 for each of those figures that are basically marvel legends grade.
Yeah man I feel you. The price is definitely on the high side. If they could get those down to the 40-50 range, I think more people would be in.

Except hasbro can't match this level of sculpt/paint unless they bump up the price. Never understood that argument when Marvel Legends collectors keep on complaining about reused buck and minimal paint detailing due to cost cutting.

The price did give me serious pause on getting this set--but my love of the character was greater so I preordered and based on this review I think it was the right choice (for me).
Great review. I like everything you mentioned except the head sculpt of cliff secord. Doesn't look like Dave Stevens art and a little too cartoony. Betty looks good though
I'd really like to get this but the price is just unreasonable! Most I spent on a pack is the 4 figure set of the Hellfire Club from Hasbro. Amazing set but still not as expensive as this one.
I have to say that Loose Collector's female figure articulation style works really well for Betty. The hip, ankle and diaphragm joint cuts fall right in line with the edges of her shorts, the upper straps on her shoes and the bottom of her tube top, respectively. The joints do a pretty good job of just disappearing in those areas. I'm still not a fan of those mid-thigh cuts, but they aren't horrible here. I agree that rotation joint at the hip be used instead...it would be more limited, but, it really doesn't need to be able to move much anyway. Overall, pretty nice and clean!
They are releasing a single package Rocketeer with the dog, it's lot cheaper and the one I'm getting

i've had it on preorder ever since it originally went up, but this review has me chompin' at the bit, as they say. I saw the Funko Legacy Rocketeer in a store years ago, but never did get him. I wanted him, but I don't love the unmasked Cliff Secord head. I eventually got the Diamond one on sale later. The blastoff stand hooked me. With all that said, I'm looking forward to finally getting a nice fully articulated Rocketeer that I can actually play with and pose around. I'm also a Bettie Page fan, and have wanted her in action figure form for a while. This Betty figure looks great too. It's good to hear that Loose Collector is improving. I've liked all of the figures I've gotten from them, but I am also looking forward to the improvements. Can't wait!

Yeah it's a nice two pack, it's still expensive, my rule of thumb if something is too much is if it requires a down payment.

LC made custom action figures way back in the toybiz days (lol) and the characters that are picked now , where fan favorites on the fwoosh and figure realm. Betty is on the new female buck for LC. A lot of the style or design he is using for his figures where things people wanted on the marvel legends figures back then. good reveiw

Great review man. I don’t like the head sculpt without the helmet. It doesn’t look good. The lips to me, look as if he has on some hot pink lipstick. What is the rocketeer getting up to? That’s sus. Also, why so many folds in the leather jacket. I think they got the rocket pack right and the helmet looks great. Hands are great so are the pants. Color choices for the uniform are great. I’m just trying to figure out how this is he same company that put out that excellent Monster Hyde figure. That thing is incredible. Honestly it is a high price tag as well. I know they may have to pay licensing to both Betty Page and the Rocketeer creators. Should have been put out individually. I will end in a positive thought. At least they are pursing characters and IP that no one else wants to put out there. It does give us a chance to have them in figure that can be played with. I would like to see a lot of improvement though. That’s why it’s a pass for me.

I loved these figures. Bought em without hesitation. If they're too rich for your blood then don't buy em. Everybody complains about everything.
I'm not sure if the movie was a success but I still do think Loose Collector did a good job with Betty especially with the Rocketeer because the character and design does seem basic but looks so badass, Overall, Great review on them both Wade.

Good to see LC's products continually improve. Hope they get supported more so they sell more and the prices will get lower in effect. Their new Liefeld line might just do that.
I really liked the figure but didn't really WANT both even if the price isn't THAT bad. I do like they seem to be re-releasing the Rocketeer as a separate figure (or BBTS is just separating them and selling them individually IDK) My only complaint about the figure is I'm not a huge fan of the rocket pack from the comics so I went and bought a Disney Collection Rocketeer figure on ebay. The figure's pretty bad overall but they have the Rocketpack from the movie that I liked better and I hope I can make it compatible with this figure when it comes out.

The second or third figure released I wanted real bad (with the naked bird turkey) , Zerana, I think’s her name but the cell shading was bad. But this one I’m digging. I really want the rocketeer …definitely want red Sonja but these are pricey

Cap movie and Rocketeer movie have the same director. Tbh I’m disappointed with Betty, her face looks super mid in comparison with prototype (rocketeer unmasked is even worse but no one cares for that), it’s ironic that LS who with his stunning customs showed Hasbro how to paint figures releases such mid painted face sculpts. They need to improve face paint to make these figures worth the price they are asking imo.
I’m pretty happy with how Betty looks but they definitely have room to improve on skin tones. I do feel like they are getting better with it though.

As crappy as the Diamond Select was, I think the price disparity is just too much to justify getting this.
I know the price is up there & a lot of folks don’t think it’s worth it. But I feel like if you’ve already bought into the other Loose Collector figs this set is a no-brainer. 🤷🏾♂️

As much as I love Rocketeer, I feel like this amount of money for what is at the end is piece of plastic, is just too much.

they are just way over priced. 150 bucks is way to much for a 2 pack that isnt an import. plus i do feel the rocketeer has way to many wrinkles on his leather jacket. it makes it look to baggy on him and not really like a leather jacket. they needed to tone it back a bit. its nice but 150 bucks nice? no way

I've had every ER release since Lady Death and the quality never felt quite there for the price. Paint. Fragility. The actual feel of the plastic.
Taarna was a low point, Trese was bland, I'd put Sonja up top, though some had breakages with her.
Hard to say if they stepped it up through a video. How's the plastic? The paint apps on Betty look better than Taarna but still look off, could be the studio light?
I’m gonna be real. I purchased the Mister Hyde. I bought the Critter and Shi. The most solid of those three was the Hyde. I was going to get the Red Sonja but I’m glad I held off. Boss Fight studios is putting an excellent Red Sonja. I think they still have some way to go to improve the product. I purchased the Hyde first so based on that I thought they would all be that quality. I’m not gonna hate. We may not have and may not ever get some of these characters otherwise. Also, the price it just doesn’t give you enough for the money. Maybe throw in some weapons. I want a Rocketeer but seeing that head sculpt without the helmet does not impress.
