    Are you going to liaise with hospital consultants for test /Blood results for patients under the care of the hospitals aswell as the GP . Liaison?
    What about the named doctor for older patients?

    If it opens at 6am does this mean appointments will be allocated to those going on the system at 6am or shortly thereafter and those making contact at say 8am will be at a disadvantage? 38:40

    What happens if you need to speak about two different medical problems. Is there room on the form. Thanks

    Why are the doctors showing us admin tools instead of seeing patients? Everything that's wrong with Modality in a nutshell. One reason your current access system isn't fit for purpose is that if someone from the front desk team doesn't turn up, the phones get ignored for the day. That's the excuse I was given when I was the first caller in the queue for over 20 minutes.
