Some characters got some really nice changes, just found weird how ken moves got nerferd, I mean he was kinda OP but that tatsu looked pretty bad in comparison to the original
@@TH-camIsAwesome ken was pretty fine though as Is. He just needed his supers readjusted. Sorry but ken is just a great representation with what’s wrong with 4rd strike; it has a lot of purpose changes that are reinventing the wheel for reinventions sake.
@@M4rk._06 which are pretentious and no one liked. It wasn’t a matter of nerfs it’s that they fixed what wasn’t broken with is just incompetence in game design. Shinryuken didn’t really change at all it just has a different animation and still has the same issues and ken didn’t need the dumb flare kicks. Ken was only overpowered because of how free of a choice sa3 was by being fast far reaching and holding 3 short bars. If they were actually aware of how to handle the character they’d just alter the supers to give more purpose to the other 2 and limit how good sa3 was.
@@Neogears1312 You wrote "I am afraid of change for the better" wrong, Ken was adjusted in relation to how other characters where adjusted too, you outed yourself as a "3 Top TIer" main, not caring about Sean, 12 and the much weaker characters and how much better they are now

It has been developed by some pious soul that wanted a balanced game instead of a mess where only the top 4 are powerful while the others lag behind. There was an older version called "4th Strike" instead of "4rd Strike Arranged Edition" and it had some unique changes too but it was too different compared to the base game, this one is instead a much more faithful to the base game balance mod. It is much better than 3rd Strike Vanilla as you could see, everybody gets something new and get balanced accordingly (OP characters weaker, weaker characters stronger)
Akuma when in his "Shin Akuma Install" form (SAIII #1), obtains lot of bonuses alongside the roll, he actually had the roll in Street Fighter Alpha 2\3 and SF3 Second Impact in his regular form. Thanks hope the content is quality enough and convinced to try the better version of this game.
It's good that I discover this version now and what can I say it needs improvement sometimes I get pissed when Ryu's tatsumaki that passes directly on crouched characters there you punish with cr.mk + tatsu, average sweep even hits the crouched character there ryu's tatsumaki passes straight through, not making 2 hits, it only takes when the opponent is being beaten up, another ryu move that I think should be easy to execute is the joudan sokutou geri we press to execute back low front and kick and sometimes doesn't come out had to leave it a little easy just like in Street fighter 5 that there if you are holding low back together and then forward and kick he executes this kick should be like this and some links that Ryu needs to execute like joudan sokutou geri, some of them - Cr.MP + joudan sokutou geri MK - Cr.MK + joudan sokutou geri MK
Wait. Hugo SWITCH sides with his grab now?! That can change a lot. Originally his grab was a pressure tool. You corner the enemy with his Meat Squasher, then afraid them with claps, counter they jump with the backbreaker and if they try a throw they would be getting into your grab range. Now grab them would TAKE THEM OUT the corner. But also let TO YOU scape from the corner and punish them REALLY HARD trying to make pressure staying close to you because "Woops. Now you recieved a lot of damage AND you're te cornered one". That changes a lot or interactions. Is not a nerf, neither a buff, is... A change.

I think it is a required nerf but Ken just like all the characters gets new tools to play with, he is like the Sakura-type character in this game.

Ken did get pretty nerfed, but it was honestly needed since he got new tools like flare kick and new super 2

Twelve X.F.L.A.T was so shit to use. Thank god they gave it some new changes so it could be viable, including Twelve himself.

That can change a lot. Originally his grab was a pressure tool. Now grab them would TAKE THEM OUT the corner. But also let TO YOU scape from the corner and punish them REALLY HARD trying to make pressure staying close to you because "Woops. Only on EX-Command Grab, and it is optional (the player has to press back as the grab is performed before hugo twirls in the air).
