hello sir i have a 88 corolla 4af i want to know which vacuum opens the choke plate when the engine is hot and closes it when the engine is cold using a vacuum source because mines gets stuck half way where can i use a vacuum hose to open and close the choke

Madaming pwedeng reason ang pagbaba ng idle rpm. Pwedeng vacuum leak. Pwedeng hindi nakaset ng ayos yung ignition timing ng distributor. Yan yung madalas pero karamihan e yung vacuum leak. Wala ako karanasan sa paggamit ng 2e carb sa 4af engine pero sa tingin ko hindi ka din makakatipid dun dahil mahihirapan naman sa power efficiency yung makina.
Sir...my engine is 4af corolla 1989 ...totoo po ba na wAla po cya canister, wala po kya cya oulet tube doon po sa left sa ibabaw ng carb pero orig po cya...ang ibang carb meron cla.
Noong stock pa, sa ported vacuum source nakakabit yung advancer. Noong nagmodify na ako, sa manifold vacuum source ko na kinabit. Pero sa ngayon hindi na ako gumagamit ng advancer kasi naka lockedout timing na si Sophia.
Focus on volumetric efficiency mods to ensure that the engine can suck in all the air it can take and mix it with the appropriate amount of fuel. Maintaining a target AFR of 14.7 will be more efficient for emissions. Moving the AFR target to about 13.2 to 13.5 will give more power without being too costly on gas.

Yung sa idle air mixture screw, setup ko normally nasa 3 to 3 1/2 turns counterclockwise (from full clockwise position). Minsan gumagamit ako ng 4 turns, minsan din, 2 1/2. Depende sir sa panahon.
Hanap ka sir ng manifold vacuum source. Huwag ported source. Yung nasa vacuum port para sa PCV sir, magandang source ng manifold vacuum yun pero kailangan mo pa ng converter kasi mas accurate ang vacuum gauge kapag mas maliit na vacuum hose ang gamit mo.

I already deleted all vacuum lines sir. I cannot recall where the choke gets its vacuum signal from. I am sorry.
Where can I get the cover for the carburetor for the air intake?

Sir ang alam ko sa 1989 at 1990 na 4AF e meron po silang outlet sa gilid ng carb papuntang charcoal canister.
