Sounds very , very interesting. I really admire people that stand up against wrongs. The whistleblowers of the world are often vilified and attacked. I can think of many things off the top of my hat.
There are many things in this world that are going on behind the scenes led by powerful and dangerous networks ( similar to mafia ) The people involved will do anything to protect their org. Corruption has unfortunately filtered into every aspect of society. Law, judiciary, healthcare, education, entertainment etc
Anyway... I will look out for this book. Thank you Helen.
Btw, how is War and Peace going? I’ve started it together with my husband and I am absolutely loving it. My husband is ahead of me. However, I want to read other books while at same time doing a slow immersion into WaP - That way, for me, it sinks in more especially with all the character names. I like to reflect and ponder on each chapter afterwards before moving on and having a discussion with my husband.
    Happy New Year 😊

Wow thank you so much for asking. Yes, I'm still onto Volume 3 pg 859 as I had to stop for a little while this week to read our book club book "Klara and the Sun". However, I start it up again today.
As for Sacco and the Gang, it was a strange find in my library (strange in that he makes comical some serious themes) and it makes you think of corruption in every part of our society and for those who call it out, usually get stomped on, or made quiet. It's disconcerting.
So glad to read that you're loving War & Peace!!!!!

Thanks Lokesh, I like the idea of providing links to such books in the description. I encourage however people to explore buying the book in whatever method they prefer. As someone who endorses supporting local, independent or second hand book sellers, libraries and non-Amazon owned companies (although to be fair, it's getting a lot harder nowadays to find non-Amazon owned platforms)....
