I have an 88 k1500. I would have sworn that it had socket type bulbs, not spade. Of course, it's been awhile since I've had them open, am I just mis-remembering...? I also have one of those 4 pin trailer harnesses, that previous owner added (I've never used it). At first I had intermittent pax turn signal, now I have no brake lights on either side....I traveled home ~20 miles the other night with emergency flashers on........

It's possible yours has sockets being a little older but I'd bet it's the same thing with the little circuit board
I would test to see if each side is even getting power, test light or multimeter
👍👍
how the hell is this a circuit board repair
Woops I guess it's more of a replace of it, but fixing the problem
