    대형 제과점에서 난황도 공장에서 대량으로 받아다 만든다고 하던데, 이 분은 알끈이 잘 떨어지지도 않는 진짜 싱싱한 계란을 직접 깨서 난황을 분리해 크림을 만드는군요. 버터건 우유건 좋은 품질이고, 또 어느 한곳도 흠이 없을 정도로 청결한 작업장 모습에 첨부터 끝까지 감탄하며 보았습니다.. 정말 칭찬을 백만개 드려도 모자랄 것 같아요. 제과 장인 !

    적은 양이 아님에도 불구하고 하나하나 손으로 반죽하시는 거 보고 대단하다고 생각했어요!!
    매일같이 많은 양을 저렇게 반죽하시면 힘드실텐데ㅠㅠ정말 대단하십니다!

    이 영상보고 택배주문해서 오늘 먹었는데
    와~~~그 동안 먹었던 에타는 계란찜이었네요
    향 부터 다르고 파이부분도 고소하고 바삭하니 부드럽게 바사삭 합니다
    안쪽 크림은 향긋하면서도 달달하고
    진짜 맛있어요 ㅠㅠ 가까운데 살면 막 나온 에타 먹으러ㅠ가고픔

    보통 포르투갈식 에그타르트는 손 많이 가서 홍콩식 에그타르트 파는 곳이 많은데 대박이네요ㅠ 나중에 꼭 먹어봐야겠어요!!!+_+

      I'm pretty sure that they have complicated the steps for making cuz they are doing the "gourmet" version of it .. my mother used to make those but it's more simple

      Mas não é assim que se fazem os pastéis de nata, ou de Belém... Massa folhada bem tendida e creme de gemas com açúcar baunilhado, raspa de limão e um toque de canela. Não é preciso deixar a massa folhada levedar...

      I'm also a portuguese viewer, and definitely this is NOT the real deal!!! this are fake, the way to do it is totally different!!! the outside shell they make in this video is not even through all the cake (what should be), and the inside milk creme seem granulated when he cut it in half, and also the real deal is like creamy and more toasted is better!!! Nice try, but if you want the real deal you must come Portugal, because they still have a lot to learn and practice to make a perfect Pastel de Nata!!! Good luck

    One of the best tasting tarts I've enjoyed in many years. First ate them in the Azores and "fell in love". Very interesting to see they are made in South Korea plus the process of them being made - thank you👍😋

      The video is filmes in portugal! U can see the packaging says : pastéis de Belém! They are from lisbon portugal. And trust me I am portuguese and know it

      @@igorfonseca359 I believe that this is a franchise store in Korea 0:06 Korean on the bottom right of the canopy store name, also Korean on the store windows next to this patisserie. 1:17 more Korean on the Aluminum Foil and there is more. Not to say these could not be products all imported to Portugal for a Korean staffed store, but that just doesn't seem reasonable. Definitely great tarts no matter where they are made as long as the recipe is exact😉

      These are not Pastéid de Belem. It's a knock off trying to be associated with it. The name is Nata de Belem.
      Also when you see the filling in Pastéis de Belem, it's thicker like a bechamel or pudding before going into the oven. This is liquid.
      Like I tell people, there are pastéis de nata, and then there are pastéis de Belem. There is only 1.

      @@gonzoducks8 I think everyone is missing the point - it's not an advertisement for the shop's name - but the *skill* of the workers and their creations albeit of a similar product. Are snails served the same way in England as opposed to France. Is pizza made the same in other parts of the world as in Italy? NO! So let's just appreciate what is here and lessen the *negativity* 😉

    엇 여기 리뷰보고 주문해서 먹었다가 너무 맛있어서 매장도 찾아가서 자주 사먹었는데 여기 사장님 갈때마다 맨날 청소하고 있고 매장도 깔끔함. 맛 좀 아는 사람들은 여기 에타 한입 깨무는 순간 그냥 다암. 대충 만들어서 나올 수 있는 맛이 아님.

    When I lived in France there was a bakery that made these, I used to get them once a week with a pain au chocolat :) I really appreciate this video. It feels like the baker in the video takes great honor and pride in what they do and they treat the process with patience and delicacy, which you can always taste in the end result!

    A lot of the recipes I tried never had egg added to the dough so I was very surprised it had that. It was hard to find a recipe that gave me the crust I was looking for when at hk so I will try the method you guys used

      @@888lurdes one of the recipes I followed was from "Food Wishes"
      A lot them shared similar proportions like this:
      1 cup all-purpose flour
      1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
      1/3 cup cold water
      Note: adjust with more flour or water to achieve what’s shown in the video
      1 stick (4 ounces) very soft, high-quality unsalted butter

      yeah I wouldn't use egg in the dough If your after a super flaky pastry like traditional Portuguese Pastel de nata. This is the asian way. More fluffy crumble like pastry.
