Parts needed : Led common cathode :64Nos ,
copper wire 21 gauge,

On the scematic, there is a 10K resistor (R53). How do You connect it and what is the purpose with it?

it is pullup resister.to make sure initialy go to 5v(logic high)

you dont need to install spi.h it is core library of arduino ,may be some thing wrong there
