I was playing that game in 2000-2004. From what I remember, ‘outside’ characters were always the hardest to date. Bad mood, bitching and always rejecting intimacy. While characters created by myself were very easy to handle and able for marriage in like 24 h. The recipe would be: throw a house warming party to meet them, ask out, give a gift, then invite over, watch TV together - hug - kiss, turn on the music and dance, kiss passionately, woohoo and after that they’re yours. And of course, a lot of compliments in between.
Ok but the fact you couldnt get a friend in one day was actually kinda cute. Similarly in TS2, actual interests and stuff had a real influence on game mechanics. This went a little downhill in TS3 but it was still a great game. TS4 is so boring cause you can befriend everyone without any issues or hard work 🤣
Molly should never ever have gotten married, lost her husband in a fire, baby taken away and lost her job I one day 😅 Happy to see you got carried away with decorating the house and enjoyed it!
