I love the constantly criticizing of his sim for enjoying playing with a dollhouse… while he’s playing with a digital dollhouse.

Fun fact that was the original name for the sims! Dollhouse but no company was interested bc they thought it was too girly
This is the most successful version of this challenge i've seen so far.
Probably because it's being done by someone who has a decent comprehension of the games mechanics (case and point the fortune teller) and doesn't play like a complete moron. Like all these other people trying to be "funny" but ending up being complete cringe instead.

I was just watching him and was too cringe, improving house but not using anything just trying to be fun while his Sim character stayed with everything on red even though he had everything he needs, super cringe and annoying 😒😒
@@cjdj315 among others yes. No one is gonna deny sims 1 is/was a hard game. But with all expansions and a reasonable understanding of game mechanics (shouldn't be hard to acquire with a little trial and error) you should do fine lest you deliberetly try to suck at the game.

the only thing I know about Sims 1 is that it was so hard when it came out that my husband (who is 6 years older than me and was not a grumpy 16yo at the time who already didn't want to do their own chores, let alone virtual ones) refuses to play the series ever again at all.

I love it and I always will, but the build mode music has always made me feel such a deep sense of sadness since I was 5 years old 😂
