You can do this solo, because there are only 3 cams. It scales with player count.
And sometimes barely any civs spawn

i cannot get this done solo stealth. 2 players? no problem; but there is always someone immediately pressing the alarm button somewhere, it's ridiculous.

Well, this version is also quite unstable, but fahk eet.
Also, I'm surprised they decided to put it as flashbacks instead of shoehorning it to get cure for Bain.
Kinda hard to raid a hospital that burnt to the ground.
Tried the mission myself and I can see why its unstable if during your play through while in VR you had the elevator just plain refused to move even though your inside it and had gotten the two samples needed to complete the mission.
You'll see why.
Now i wish they did exactly that.
Listen, I miss Bain too. I do realize that had Simon not left OVK, this probably wouldn't happen, but at the very least Bain saw us pulling the biggest heist of all off, what he was preparing us for. He died a happy man if you think about it.

That hole in the laundromat room has always been there even in The Heist, just takes a while for the cops to try blowing that wall up for whatever reason. I've seen more people blow up the wall themselves with the GL40 if anything.
Hell, considering that wall can be destroyed by the infected in Left 4 Dead as well, it'd be actually odd if Overkill had forgotten about that potential opening in either game.
You get the stealth bonus if you can get as far as you can in stealth which you did.

That's because it had a bug causing the civilians not to get triggered in the back rooms, sometimes they didn't even spawn at all.
That's how I stealthed it too.
The instance you put your masks on will alert the entire hospital, making them run for the buttons.
Well i did that too without that Bug took like 50 Times and some desk smacking cuz heck the civs
I know that this is super late, but just a note for identifying the patient: If she says "Malignant hypertension", you're looking at an obscenely high blood pressure, which basically means that person has an abnormal heart rate, making them a possible candidate for being the patient you're looking for.
Other than that, this heist is cool :^)

as long as you make it to the box with the wires fully stealth, you get a stealth completion bonus even though it forces loud

Graze is a blessing and a curse on this map... you can rack up kills in the corridors so easily, but it's rather easy to accidentally kill 12 civs in one shot at the start of the heist...
Hey, you get a stealth bonus from this, because if you stealthed a part of the heist you will get a bonus, it counts as stealth

Doing it it as full Loud is really pain in the ass, even when watching your stream that doing stealth as far as possible make me cringe from the enemy creeping like bugs in such cramped place, the civilian who keep coming from the other room on stealth.
I got a few perfect solutions for you friend. LMGs, Izhma/Steakout 12g shotgun, and Miniguns. Seriously with amount of cops spawning you are loaded with ammo for days on end XD
I kinda try it on ovk and 976 enemies were killed. I afraid I need to count on crit for DSOD

This whole part is solo-able. You only have to kill 3 cams. The actual hard part is suppressing the hostages, but that can easily be accomplished with Stockholm Syndrome, just make sure you're far away enough from the guards in the next area so they don't hear you. I just take out the cameras quick, run to the far corner of the hall, and shoot off a few rounds. Everybody gets the message pretty well.
I was doing that heist on mayhem and its... bugged. 1) There was almost NONE civils whatsoever. 2) When i went loud, assault never begin and enemies didn't spawned.
Shame I'll have to wait 6 years to maybe have a chance at this update

If you solo it there are only 3 cams, and then it multiplies by the number of players

while doing this solo yesterday, I had to run around the hospital just to keep them down

Me and my friends learned this the hard way, if you stealth No Mercy DO NOT take ai with you. Once you get past the cameras and everything, the ai will mask up and move with you and they can kill guards and break stealth. I don't know how they overlooked that but it needs to be changed
You can't stealth further than what he did. Once you cut wire its over.
Either way though if you do plan to stealth as far as you can I wouldn't bring AI. Really stupid that they said this was fully stealthable though, kind of a let down.
@@trashgamer5434 least they have that now, when yacht heist first game out i brought a ksp and grenade launcher and then was confused by the point of no return timer, since it said stealth was optional
Killed a civ? Oh no that 40k cleaner cost.
Negotiating time gets increased if you kill civs, that's why any1 should avoid killing civs on higher difficulties, since every second counts.
Carl Atterbery if you kill a civilian in the first area the alarm sounds since they have pacemakers.
That's a weird way of saying acceptable casualties.

I think bain traded the virus with Beyond Yesterday (Kataru) to get Cagliostro Manuscript and they gived the virus to murkywater
The thing where the wall blows up and shows like hallway thing, its in original game, unless im mixing it up with another im pretty sure it happens.
You can do it solo stealth
With sentry to half-dominate them and keeping them dominated if they're already
But yeah, it's so much easier with 4 people
Also about those holes, pretty sure are infected route from L4D
The amount of civvies is random, i once had less then 10 on DS.

The way that i did it in that corridor is cable tie the 2 that are sitting there, be really fast and scream to the doctor that runs to the button then cable tie them, and run again even more faster to that other room and stay controling the people there. One more was controling the elevator area, and the other one was controling the reception, contesting the phone and searching the papers. We made it, was really fast and completed the heist... of course in Death Sentence - One Down.

The heister got blood on his clothes, it's not because of the bullets, his downing broke the blood sample.

yeah it's not a fully stealth-able but it makes armor case actually useful.

you do get a stealth bonus though, IF you're able to complete the sudo-stealth, it's broken though, so only sometimes it gives
btw the cameras scale based on number of players, i soloed it and only had 3 cameras, though there were too many civies for me to keep control of so i still failed
God, listening to the reservoir dogs heist soundtrack gives it a much weirder vibe. Try it, you might like it.

It's a flashback bain is having, and he isn't in the best of states so he's imagining dragan was there.
They've added a new intro dialogue into the heist where Duke says that he doesn't feel right being here, so, yeah, it's probably a bad trip that Bain's having at this moment in the story.

way too many cameras? each player spawns 3 cameras. a full lobby would have 12 cameras and a solo player only has 3. the mod was broken because it was never setup for Mayhem and One Down. there was a fix but the map vanished.
no the max no mercy can have is 9 cams even with full lobby
full lobby only spawns like 4-9 cams even had only 5 cams yesterday in full lobby
