To be honest, I do prefer the Japanese just because I like series in their original language. HOWEVER, I will admit the dub actually isn't that bad and actually really entertaining to watch and doesn't make my ears my bleed like the other dubs lol
Same bro. Some times i watch anime in eng dub for joke and Clayton's vioce in eng dub make me laugh(and i don't like Undertaker's voice in eng dub it sounds like 70 y.o. grandpa) (sorry for wrong words eng is not my native language)

He is blonde, British, and rich, the same as thousands of other characters in anime. That's pretty much it as far as similarities go between him and Draco. He'd probably be in Gryffindor not Slytherin if you really wanted to compare the houses to Hogwarts. The houses can't even be credited to Harry Potter necessarily because it was an actual thing at a few Victorian British schools.
