Abstract - This talk will be a semi-technical lecture on relevance of mathematics in theoretical physics. In this talk, I will point out the dualities in math and physics and the precision of mathematical ability that helps us by drawing the history of discoveries in physics and mathematics. Some points include S-Duality, Quantum Mechanics, Yang-Mills theory, String theory and so on. In the last, I hope to discuss the future directions.
