Im from Hong Kong! What you saw there Vikk is the fish market in Hong Kong prince edward! Its quite common for us to sell fish as pets and they put them in bags like that! It is somewhat concerning how some merchants treat the “pet fish” but i assure you most merchants i know treat them well because if theyre happy they sell for more lol

@@Eldenhine nothing really changed. The protests meant nothing cos 90% of the Hong Kong population disagree with the protestors. They were just a nuisance for them and made a few roads shut and a few small businesses bankrupt/destroyed but apart from that everything is normal there

I lived in China for 14 years and never seen 90% of the things in that video, especially the police goose. Also the majority of the population lives on the east side of China and so most people live in their actual time zones.

The "fish street" that Vik went to is called goldfish street in Hong Kong. It's a place famous for the fish shops, people go there and buy different types of fish for pets. I went there and I actually saw like baby sharks in those plastic bags for sell, that's mad. There're also other animals like dogs, cats and turtles sold as pets.

@@hepchaos I live in Hong Kong and that is false. I support the Democratic movements but what you said taking all our democratic rights away is false. Our lives are still the same, you can still critise the government but if your trying to rally people to do so then that is against the national security law. The protests now must be approved by the police but I doubt anyone would still follow it since we never did before. The most we've gotten a day was 2 million people on the streets and that was not for a long time. Since the protest everything stayed the same apart from some policies here and there like national security education day for schools or removing certain text of words in textbooks. As for the government side welp, I wouldn't want to get into it. Apart from all those then the lives has been the same.

@@FLAMEalan it was my pleasure but the times during the protest especially the PolyU university siege and the Chinese University of Hong Kong siege it was pretty crazy, I pass under the bridge to CUHK all the time and the bridge was legit a battleground, train rails and roads were blocked for a while since there would be danger of derailing etc. It was however very entertaining as everyday the news were broadcasting it and it just looks like an all out war between the police and the protestors.

1. Police geese. Weird, I have never seen one in my entire life
2. Pigeons delivering message: totally nonsense
3. Canned air. Yes, people actually sold them, but nobody was dump enough to buy them.
4. Time zones: yes there is only one time zone. But in 9 AM everywhere is already lit, so 10 AM still dark is just bs.
5. Ghost cities: true true true
6. Nail houses: No, if the government thinks they need to use this land, they’ll give you money and force you to leave. People have actually died from conflicts with the construction workers.
7. Traffic Jam service: unheard of, really not sure. Guess its not popular at all. I live in Beijing and it has traffic jams everyday, but I never saw anyone doing that
8. Napping anywhere: in major cities, not at all. In smaller towns, yes, a lot.you can literally see them on benches by the streets
9. Face bikinis. NO. I have rarely seen people doing that. They just use umbrellas to block out the sun. Still kind of weird.
