Also, $80,000 is such a huge amount of money. You've inspired me to do my own charity livestream where I managed to raise $620 for my local children's hospital, and even that small amount of money made me really happy for the community that I've managed to bring together.

I feel like we're almost like a family here. Even though we may not know each other in person, we share all of these moments with Mark - through happy times, funny times, scary times, and sad times.
We all share these experiences and we help Mark, but he also really helps us too. No matter if I'm upset or happy, seeing a new video from Mark usually takes my mind off of it, and he reminds me that I'm not the only one - that we can all have each others' backs when we need it, and that we can do amazing things that we could never imagine doing alone.
I just want to let you know how much you really mean to us Mark!

Hey Mark! Doubt you read this but you're one of the few TH-camrs who actual do this for a good reason except just making people laugh. Also only a few thank their subscriber as much as you. You're a very special TH-camr, aside from your funny Playthroughs.
Today is my birthday and I just became 16 years old and I got some plans for my future, what you have inspired me to. As soon as I'm 18 or older and make my own money I want to spend some on one of your charity livestreams! And if you don't do them anymore, I will still spend it somewhere else for charity. You helped this world alot by helping others to help. And you also got me with that! :) You told me that ANYONE with ANY amount of money can help. While I can't speak for the entire markiplier fanbase, I know I can speak for the vast majority when I say that we enjoy and truly appreciate what you do with charity. You inspire, bring joy, yet you aren't aloof and can still hold a sense of seriousness when needed. That's probably my favorite thing about you, mark- you're real. You're not an actor, or just generally always trying to be happy, you act like a normal human, and so other people respect that.
Overall, mark, keep on doing what you do. But, remember, when you say that the channel goes both ways; that it's ours and yours, remember that we want you to be happy too. Don't forget about yourself.

This video makes me cry every time. I'm so used to being told that I'm never good enough to do anything special. Yet, I click on this video and am told that I am special and can change the world. Thank you Mark for bringing me hope.
Maaaark! You always make me cry during these vlogs! You are my favorite youtuber by a long shot. You really just immerse yourself into TH-cam. I know you originally started so you could practice your voice, but that soon changed. You connect to your fans and make us feel special. I've been through tough times and during those times I felt like it wasn't worth it like who cares just end it all now. I am still really young and I know those times are going to come and they are going to hit hard. When that happens I will always resort to you.
Mark....You are amazing. I've said this many times before in the comments, but you're the most down-to-Earth, sweet, caring, generous person on TH-cam. You're a natural born leader. Also, don't beat yourself up if you feel like the channel strays away from its goal sometimes. After all, you said you're a ONE MAN channel. We don't expect you to be perfect, especially with so many subscribers (which is still growing.) But I mean it Mark. For a one man channel you do a fantastic job at leading us and helping everyone in the community feel good about themselves. You're one of the most, if not THE most, motivating person for me right now. Sure, you're big, but many others are, too. You're more than that. You do a lot of TH-cam for charity, you constantly motivate your subscribers, like this video, you entertain, and you are a great human being. I remember the video of you moving into your new house (the one you're sitting in now). I'm gonna be completely honest now: When I first saw one of your videos (maybe around 1 or 2 years ago), I thought of you as a stupid PewDiePie wannabe. But heck, I was stupid. Oh, so stupid. About a year ago, a friend showed me you, and I said "Hey, I've seen that guy before!" and after that day, I've watched you so much. Seeing the evolution of this channel... seeing the evolution of YOU... it's incredible. I reached 5k subscribers several months ago, and my subscriber gain started to go VERY slow. I was SO close to just quit and give up. But then, I watched you again. It made me think that "It's possible". So I continued. Now, I'm at 10k, and I'm overly-happy. My ultimate goal, is to become like you - big on TH-cam, knowing so extremly many people appreciate your work, doing streams to help the world, not only pleasing yourself, and entertain my subscribers. Right now, it seems too far out of sight, but you're motivating me once again, giving me hope that it's possible :) Thank you, Mark. If only more people were like you.

I love seeing all these great comments about Mark. He's a really good guy, God bless him. I don't remember when I first started watching Mark, but I knew I wasn't watching him a whole lot because I was going through a lot of depression and suicidal stages.(School. I have to take online schooling now) And I didn't laugh as much as hard as I tried. But I do know that when I started watching him, I laughed really hard. Which made me happy because I missed being able to laugh. And I wish I had known these videos sooner, maybe that would've been better for me. Right now i'm going through a tough time with my grandpa. Mark, thank you so much for these videos. I often have these days, weeks, sometimes I even have months where I just can't see anything good in myself, I don't believe I can do anything to change the world because I'm not well known, and I think that I'll never get past where I am now. But then I see these videos and I see you being this incredibly inspirational guy, someone that believes in a community of 3.5 million and I get this stupid smile on my face and I feel better. Your videos have helped me countless times, not only in cheering me up, but also in giving me the courage and strength that I need to get through the day, and they're helping me believe in my dreams and goals.
Everyone in my family basically says that I'm never going to be a good musician since I can't play piano, guitar, etc yet. I have a good voice, just can't play. Yeah, most of the time I believe them cause they're my family. I'm around them every day, I'm gonna end up believing them. But when I see things like this that tell me different, that tell me no matter what I face, I CAN do what I want to do, I'm able to find the strength to stand back up and keep pushing myself forward towards my goal of being a musician, and not just any musician, I want to be different from mainstream musicians/artists. I wanna be the kind of artist that is encouraging and empowering to her audience, much like you are to your audience. You're a real role model, Mark, and I aspire to be as awesome as you are someday.

Mark you are the best. I have watched your videos through thick and thin. I watch them when I am getting yelled at and my mother is screaming at me. I try to get my mind off of my real life problems and when I watch your videos I laugh constantly, which I rarely do. I thank you so much Mark, you are my idol. I have started my own TH-cam channel because of you and I am at a strong 100 subscribers and I dont want to come off sounding homosexual or anything like that (lol) but I love you for what you have done to change my life. I look up to you Mark. I have always thought of you as a brother to me even though we have never met. To be blunt Markiplier, I'm amazed you've made it this far being a one man show. I honestly thought you already had people helping you behind the scenes, so with how good your videos are, and the sheer NUMBER of them, it's truly amazing how far you've come, but you are right in the respect that you're going to need help as you grow. And you are growing, everyday, so that is something I'd seriously consider. It'd certainly put that beautiful dream of yours much closer to achieving. Just always remember to find people you can trust explicitly, there are those out there that will take advantage of a person, given half the chance. I believe though, you will find whom you need, and accomplish your goal.
