Do you have to cover before you put in the fridge overnight? i was wondering if a film would form on these if they are left uncovered? Thanks!!

So far we haven't had that problem but if you want to be safe, feel free to cover it with cling film

Yes you can omit the liqueur but your mousse will be more stiff
