Hi friends! You can make a fun non alcoholic version of this with the chocolate rim and chilled chocolate milk. You can dilute the ganache with hot milk and whisk together until smooth. A dash of cinnamon and some chili will give you Mexican hot chocolate vibes, which is something I always recommend. Hope you all enjoy!

I do a similar chocolate martini, with cream to Caca. I have a hard shell chocolate recipe that I use I dip the martini glass 3/4 the way into chocolate then refrigerated them it's fun watching the room try to eat the chocolate off the side of glass.
My sister made me a martini, and I loved it! Now, this recipe is increasing the love a hundred-fold!
Would love to make this soon.

I will send her the link of your chocolate martini, can’t wait to make one for me. John, you’re a super cool guy! I like how funny you are and how much you enjoy cooking. I also grew up seeing my mom and grandma cooking. I can share with you some great Mexican recipes!!! We also have in common that we love copper! You might want to visit one day a beautiful town in Mexico called “Santa Ana del Cobre”. Trust me, you’ll love it!
