Hi than you just sauté the onion and tomato and when they are done add the masala sauté for some time add tamarind water if needed and add water when it boils add the fish and cook .
Thank you for the recipe and the process of cooking - however, the chopping of Onions and tomatoes was not safe, one has to protect your fingers by keeping the finger nails facing the knife or chopper
The thing was d quantity of d curry was less n d dis was more, like d curry I inch above d after d fish is added, the fish should be soaked n not be visible in d curry that is how I like it. No offence plz, anyways it looks tempting. Bless u

Yes dear you can clean fish as you wish . Some of them remove the eyes some of them don’t it is as per your preference. But have to remove the gills for sure .
Bai I have mentioned there that the clip of putting black pepper has been missed and I have said there to use 12 peppercorn the clip just before I added turmeric powder. I m sorry you missed it . And I have used the sufficient amount of tamarind needed for the curry it was not even too tangy .

Pomfret not a fish for jeere meere... It is for caldin. Viewers recommended to use, sardins Or macrels for the recipe❤
