Yeah i was actually excited when i saw an opportunity to equip chimeramon with Metalgrey's ess for some heavy damage! However it wasn't enough! Thank you! ^_^
This channel is legitimately the best in irl card game videos. The editing and explanations of the card effects give such an anime vibe. At the same time, the effects are very helpful for learning what is happening! I bought some decks to play for me and my gf and I can say these videos help so much in learn how to play.

I had no idea that Memorial Collection 03 was out in Japan.
I love the Regular art of the memory boosts, but I prefer those alternate arts.

I still don't fully understand this game but you make it so entertaining to watch, also I like how even though a play may be able to get their strongest digimon on to the field first it doesn't mean that they will automatically win and the tables constantly get turned
Dang. You really need to memorize the effects of every card in this game. That last summoning from the tamer effect was heartbreaking. If I was playing and had known about Yukio's second effect beforehand, I probably wouldn't have attacked for the last security and kept the blocker active.
Haha I already struggled to keep up! During that turn I have calculated my plays very carefully! It was very difficult to come back for that powerful set up! So i choose to crush as many shields as i could, its what Black Wargreymon wanted! :3
I think Malo would have just destroyed the blocker, since it can delete an unsuspended digimon when it comes out. I think they needed either one more swing, another blocker, or a way to delete the tamer.
The way purple always has a trick up there sleeve is crazzy. Red/Black Blackwargregmon is also crazzy aswell and thats what im going to make in BT8
This set really gave older archetypes a huge boost! Which i really liked since i finally get to unleash hell with the classic bt-02 black wargrey! :D
If you managed to evolve to bt08 blackwargreymon you could destroy both tamers and attack both digimons+ pierce which could actually win you the game, that was a very close game!

This is why I love the new Malomyotismon deck; it makes Mummymon even more evil.
I actually didn't expect paddy to run Mummymon! But dayum it really killed my fresh black wargreymon! T_T
@@CardProtagonist I mean, when I saw the new support, I thought to myself "Mummymon has the time to shine". I mean, mix it with the analog youth and the memory gain destruction abilities and you can get some fun combos.
Arukenimon can also be used in similar fashion but allows it to be played from hand

The removal from both decks is crazy! But the Myotis deck is so sticky. Deleting the tamers was a clever way of keeping those monsters in the trash. Great video!

Hmm yeah to be honest during the mid game i felt it was harder and harder to keep up with purple. The set up was really too strong.

This Blackwargreymon Deck is crazy and it seems like chaos mixing the Red and black but it looks so much fun. Definitely gonna give this deck a shot when BT07 and the Retro Extra Booster cones out in the UK

Blackwargreymon can destroy two tamer wtf he is too op😱
Only up to a cost of 6 play points. The two tamers purple had happened to be play cost of 3 each. A lot of good tamers are 4 cost so, at most, you'd destroy one tamer with Blackwargreymon's effect.

Purple is all about those discards. Works great surprisingly. Jack Raid is a fun late game card for that reason

Another beautiful match against 2 of Digimons amazing characters. Myotismon arguably the best Digimon villain vs BlackWargreymon who in my opinion is an Anti-Hero with how his arc goes in 02. In the end he helped the Digi-Destin.

Misplay at the end for BWG. Kimeramon digivolution effect says up to 4 so you can choose to resolve anywhere from 1-4 for the -3K DP. If you skipped Lopmon then BWG could swing for 4 security that turn and win the game! Still a great and exciting match!
The Lopmon was not suspended, so the BlackWarGreymon would not have been able to attack at it to pierce and unsuspend. He doesn’t have the “attack unsuspended digimon” inherited effect in that stack.
Was the fact that MaloMiyotismon finished the game by launching a surprise attack when his schemes seemed doomed because of BlackWargreymon an intentional callback to 02, or am I reading too deep into it?

@@CardProtagonist always have been, even if the editorial mandates stopping Davis/Daisuke having much character development and such restricted it they worked with what they had.
That was such a good match with BlackWarGreymon. I have played against this very same MalyoMyotismon purple deck. Heavy retaliation running through it but with some edits to my BlackWarGreymon deck to have BT1 WarGreymon is there for worst case scenario to stop any security option cards and the extra security attack to quickly finish off my opponent. With that it helped me gain third place in a local weekly tournament recently.
I can't wait to for this set to hit U.S. shores. SUPER excited for the BlackWarGreymon
April 29th of next year along with ST9 and ST10.

I still have zero idea what goes on, same for the rules, really. Still fun to watch though... Question, is there like, a Swarm deck, maybe? Lots of low-Level digimon to overwhelm the opponent.

Black wargreymon miss played big early should’ve killed analog boy making it so he wouldn’t have gone off so much late game
If he killed analog boy, 1 yukio left will summon a malo, killing his BWG and a security (and be able to attack afterwards). He'll lose faster.

Way too risky for em to die in sec. Although I've done that before with eyesmin and the went into kimeramon for final swing
