Love CP’s “What?” (Or at least I believe it’s CProtagonist). You guys really nail the “card game anime” vibe. You guys are like the best way to experience the game, outside playing the game of course. (no one really plays locally and I haven’t been able to get my hands on some product).

I love the hell outta this channel. They make you wanna play EACH AND EVERY deck they show by making it look so damn fun. The Armor move combos REALLY make me wanna get an Armor deck now.

Misplay here. Rasenmon's digi-burst may only target one Digimon per use. However, Paddy could still have deleted Veemon by suspending TK & Hikari.
Well I don't think it matters since veemon doesn't have blocker so the game was finished when rasenmon got unsuspended

Rasenmon really got an upgrade it desperately needed with the advent of DNA digivolution and Fury Mode.

Still learning the game, but it was awesome to see Magnamon be able to go aggro even after Paddy regenerated so many of his securities. Even with that level of defense, Protagonist was just a turn shy of locking up the game. Magnamon looks incredibly strong. So many cool decks I wanna try after seeing your videos guys. Keep up the good work!
Welcome to the Digimon TCG! Yeah Armor deck is actually amazing! However DP reduction is the bane of all Armor since it will wipe out the base Digimon (Veemon). Thank you for watching! We will do our best! :]
All thanks to my brother recommending me to watch these videos of your battles against Paddy and those decks are amazingly well built. I will have to wait a little longer for English release to the UK but I will go for looking to make yellow decks for sure.

Armor seems so strong! Even though the Rasenmon duo ended the game, I can't get over the value of that Kazuchimon. The recovery effect was such a staggering wall to get through! Great match.

At first when I found this channel I couldn't keep up because I was juststarting to understand the game but now just like killing watching goku fight you start to speed up and understand,realizing that they are honestly one of the best channels for learning how the flow of a game and the effect resolution phases work

Slight misplay here although it doesn't affect the outcome but Rasenmon's digi burst can only target one digimon on your opp field. Still great video as always.

But it's has the same effect of shine, it's written in the same way,so it should work the same way

Rasenmon : "1 of your opponent's Digimon gets -3000 DP for the turn for each card trashed by this card's effect"
Its worded differently. In shinegreymon's case, the effect active multiple time. So you can select multiple target
But for rasenmon, the effect active only once. so you can only select 1 digimon
Wow I never think i will find the digimon card channel that's very interesting, the ui design and the sound effect is great, and this channel explain what effects of each card if active, making me who doesn't know what it is want to watch. magnamon deck besides not being ultimate digimon and rasenmon deck they both sure strong
These videos really make me want a Digimon tcg video game. And not jut a simulator like yugioh master duel but one with a story to it, like some older tcg based video games. Would be so fun
12:05 I believe rasenmon effect to trash up to 4 cards is being misplayed. The effect stated 1 of the opponent digimon minus 3k dp for ea card trashed and not for ea trashed choose 1 digimon minus 3k DP

But the shinegreymon effect Is frassed the ssme way, so i don't thinks it's wrong

Shinegreymon says "For each Tamer you suspend this way, activate the following effect:" while Rasenmon says "You may trash up to 4 of this Digimon's digivolution cards to activate the effect below". Shinegreymon's effect activates multiple times, once for each Tamer you suspend. Rasenmon's effect activates once, and gets stronger based on the number of sources used.
@@so0meone Yeah, that's correct, but either way, it would end up with the same result since Veemon wasn't a Blocker, but if the match would continue that would be a missplay

Very cool video. I know nothing about the Digimon TCG (this video appeared in my recomendations) but it still was very fun to watch. I'm not a big fan of Veemon but Magnamon is in my top 5 favourite Royal Knights.

A friend recently got me into Digimon and I'm a big fan of watching your videos, I use them mostly to learn decks and mechanics. It might be because I'm not exposed to a lot right now, but it seems like almost any deck in the game is viable, would you say the decks you use on these videos are more rouge or competitive tier?

I enjoy your videos and content. my question though is are the decks stacked because the games flow so much better than any match in any card game I've played if so id like to see shuffled decks to show how good a deck can be when randomized.

What is the thought process you need to proactively protect yourself against your opponent's backswing? More blockers?
It just seems like a reoccurring thing with Protag's games.
At the moment is either recovery or have reanimate effect(eyesmon or vamde)
Too many effect kill blocker which lead to them unable to block
Usually i love to play decks that are straight forward and Uga Bunga Swing! Paddy is different from me as he prefer decks that set ups and combos. Offense is the Best Defence!
I'm not sure he would get the extra 2 memory at 4:58 since he didn't have a green and blue digimon on the battle area at the start of the turn
I want this. The mechanics are crazy. The memory gauge is unique as fuck. HAHA. Legit gives the feel of digimon.

Just wanted to ask, would it have been better if u use Kazuchimon to battle the rested Armor digimon since it already has -3k dp? This means that CProtag has to do 1 turn of setup and don't need to deal with the restanding.

I'm not really the biggest fan of this game but I will be honest this one was super hype between the both of you. I haven't been following Digimon TCG for a while so Armor Digivolution was news for me, I'm really pleased with how they ended up implementing it.It's awesome to see Flamedramon and Raidramon play so well.
