Excellent fish in the oven. My family and I have never eaten such delicious fish. Few people cook fish like this. Easy and quick fish recipe. Our family was happy. Turkish friends shared this recipe with me, for which I thank them very much. Everyone was excited. Everything is simple, but in the end it turns out insanely delicious. Cook with joy! Cook with love!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 fish (mackerel).
Cut off the fins.
Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel.
Cut off the head and tail.
Cut off the spine bones.
We remove the bones.
We repeat the process with the second fish.
Salt.
Pepper.
Make cuts with a knife as shown in the video.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Repeat after me.
6 large potatoes.
Pour in water and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
1.5 tablespoons tomato paste.
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Lubricate the surface of the fish with the prepared sauce.
Bake in the oven at 180°C/365°F for 20-25 minutes.
After 20 minutes.
Cut the potatoes as shown in the video.
Lay out on parchment.
Brush them with olive oil.
Salt.
Pepper.
Dry Garlic.
100 grams of butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/365°F for 20-25 minutes.
Grate 70-80 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Bake an additional 5-10 minutes at 180°C/365°F.
Chop some parsley.
Everything is ready.
It turned out very beautiful and delicious.

This is sooo delicious!! I have never liked Mackerel but because Mackerel is so healthy and inexpensive, I found myself experimenting with different sauces over the last 2 months. This sauce compliments Mackerel so well that I now like Mackerel....... with THIS sauce!! Again, this sauce does not cover up the flavor of the Mackerel but rather compliments and blends amazingly!
