Heck yeah. Is Totally doable. The rusty bits were the hardest part. I had to deal with them the first time in the radiator replacement video. I was sad. 😐

Hey!! I did several videos on the same shifter issue. They are all in the MK4 Golf playlist. I might make a playlist with just them. I would start with shifter cable adjustment. Good luck.
