Amazing results. I made this only changes I made were. 50g polenta in with the flour, 1 TSP of cinnamon you couldn't taste it much and I added a bit of salt. Very awesome, almost cake soft crumb. I used a hand beater so didn't whip for long. Thankyou for a wonderful recipe. I will try more now. 🎉
