What a great way to use and stretch your Noro, switching up the yarn for the arms! Very effective and beautiful! I also can't tolerate alpaca so empathize with you on that!

I have never knitted a raglan cardigan before, and I currently knitting the Felix Cardigan. I noticed that it is puckering after I knitted the button band ribbing. In the past I have always knitted cardigans in the flat and this is the first time I have added the bands after knitting the body. Will blocking fix this? Just like you, I binded off the same method as you even before watching this video 😃… Very nice finish!! I hope mine turns out the same 😳
Hello! The puckering might smooth out after blocking. It depends on if you knit with wool. Wool will usually smooth out nicely after it’s been wet blocked and dried flat. As long as you picked and knit 2 stitches for every 3 rows for the button band you should be fine. I hope this helped. Thank you for commenting and for watching! 😊❤️

Hello! The Felix Cardigan was knit with Noro Akari yarn which is self striping. The color is Aogashima. It’s a beautiful yarn. I only had one skein of the Noro yarn, so I knit the sleeves, button band, and neck band in Estelle Eco Tweed. Here is a link to the Noro yarn I used.
