There's one thing you are doing wrong with your rotation which is triple r into hype. If you triple r before hype then you don't get the cooldown reduction so your r comes up much later and quick step is pretty helpful especially if quick recharge procs so you want to use it before your 2nd rotation. So you should either r - r - hype - r or just r - r - hype - bolting crash instead of r - r - r - hype imo.
You are right about wanting it with cd refresh however there was a post on inven where they spoke about the rotations and in fact you dont need to have 6 stacks of adrenaline to get the 6th stack buff, if you are for instance doing flash>flash>bolting>Hype>Energy R>skill, the skill is the 6th stack of adre and benefits from the 6 stack bonus. So you dont need to use flash 3 times so you can mid max time in hype and still get the flash step cooldown

Regarding mass increase: I run it on 2 characters that both have their own attackspeed buffs: Spec ESO striker and Arthetinean skill machinist. The upside of a "cheap" engraving is that even quality 100 accessories become relatively affordable so you unless you are rolling in gold you can usually add a few % of damage that way. If the cost is irrelevant I would pick cursed doll every time because it sure does suck to miss your main skill because Kakul decided to F-off someplace else.
Biggest difference with reworked EO I that now we actually have to self buff using 3x dash, had to turn on the cursor aim to not run out off the screen doing so lol

Before the buffs robust felt like it relied too heavily on the ult. You criit one ult, upright fighter. You crit 2 ults, crule fighter mvp. You crit 3 ults, you just bussed that gate. After the buffs it feels always feels like you're the bus driver even if you don't land any ults. Constantly 50% damage mvp in clown even as the lowest ilvl in the raid
you forget to mention that this class is no cheap/beginner friendly by any means..... obviously every spec class is expensive but robust is especially annoying cuz you need at least 2x lvl 9/10 cd gems on ER and EB else feels like shit. and ofc others no way lower than lvl 7s. Try to do your rotation with lvl 7 on EB you will see it aint working.
Technically speaking, this is breakpoint 2. And only requires level 7 gems to get your rotation out. If you have level 10 cdr gems on pummel and energy blast, you can go increase mass for about 1.2% extra dps. And if you're talking end-end game, then it's spec/swift neck with spec/crit bracelet.
Spec swift neck is meta in KR? You're drunk. All top ilvl Robust player in Korea use the +12% dmg when crit elixir. That's mean you need as much crit rate as possible. No way they drop ~20% crit rate for extra CDR when they couldn't fit more skills into the cycle. You should have check out the top robust players on loawa to see if most of them switch to swift spec necklace before call it a "meta"
You should talk to actual RS players first. You don't get to BP3 without a spec/swift necklace. BP3 is the celling build. But I forgot, the literacy of youtube andies is less than ideal. My bad.@@teddanville6996

For bolting crash you take it to 10 so you can grab the last tripod that speeds up the animation, makes it a 1 hit skill instead of a 2 hit skill. That way it's easier to fit all your skills in your hype window. But you don't go more then 10 because it's not used for damage, only buffing your damage skills. Lastly for energy release you can't level it up higher then 10. This way you can max out the damage on all your damage skills assuming you have all the skill points available (420 is max). Hope this helps.
Love my new RB SF, But im worried. Does anyone think nerfs might be coming? Played around in trixion and the damage windows are just broken lol with or without the awakening. Even compared it to a slayer of similar iLevel and stats and it wasnt even close... Worried they are going to catch on and nerf lmao

why keen blunt instead of awakening? I always find keen blunt to be very lacking even on my characters with high crit rate
Because Awakening is a 0 damage increase engraving unless you can fit an extra awakening into the fight thanks to it.

why do you leave some skills at lvl 10 or 7, why not take them all to the max possible?

Robuust ALWAYS level 3. With eso you can go level 1 or 3. Most eso players have 5x3+1 with the +1 being eso
