As someone who grew up with ube, heyoooo Filipinos, I think all of the TJ's ube flavored products are very very faint and verrryyyy sweet! If I want true ube things, I'll go to the asian grocery store and/or make my own ube halaya. I appreciate the come up of Filipino food/products though!

I spotted the mix at trader joe's yesterday and really wanted to try something with it, it's baking right now! edit: THEY'RE AMAZING OH MY GOSH- i put it in for 25, and it was really bouncy and good, (i wanted a crispier outsidde, so i put it in for 5 more) and it's perfect!!
