How to print image and transfer it onto a T-shirt? Click “Add picture” to import images of PNG or JPG format. Adjust the image size within the canvas. Click “RIP” to transfer the image to the printer. The printing is already finished, cut off the printed film from the exit.
Fully cover the wet print with some adhesive powder. Curing the adhesive powder in a heating oven. Set the temperature at 125 degrees Celsius and the countdown timer to 180 seconds. The curing time is flexible, if the print is too wet, it need longer time to dry up entirely. In the oven, adhesive powder is melting down, inks are drying up and embedding onto the adhesive layer.
The next step is to transfer the print onto the shirt. Set the temperature of heat press at 135 degrees Celsius and timer to 30 seconds. Before heat pressing, get rip of the wrinkles on the T-shirt and iron it flat, so that the pattern on the clothes doesn’t absorb uneven pressure. Put the DTF print onto the T-shirt and start heat transfer. It takes no much time for the machine to transfer the designs onto fabric of the shirt. Peel off the transfer film when it is cooled down and we get a customized T-shirt!

Hi I did the set up but when I try taking out ink from the waste tube nothing is coming out ? Can I still print?
I'm having the same problem
Dear customer, you can send a video to afterservice@procolored.com

Hi! I just got my printer. My power button does not stay solid. The two middle bottoms keep flashing. And it made a loud grinding noise.
Dear customer, you can send a video to afterservice@procolored.com, Our engineers are more professional and can help you check the problem quickly.
You have to cut the yellow zip tie inside the printer where the cartridge is. That’s what happened to me!
Hi. I have the same problem. What did you do?
My question is. What do you do if you go on vacation and can’t do maintenance on it for about a week or so? Another question, I’m planning on doing print on demand work so if I get an order every other week and don’t NEED to actually print, do I just run tiny test prints once or twice a week???
I have the same question
If you are on vacation, you need to put a moisturizing device onto the printhead. As long as the printhead is moisturized during the vacation, it will remain good condition. After installing moiturizing device onto the print head assembly, extract out all the white ink from the waste ink tube, until you get the moisturizing liquid out of the waste ink tube.
@@ProcoloredPrinter I know this is asking a lot but there are many people with this dilemma. Can you do a video if possible on how to do so?
Ok, I will upload a video.
Please @procoloredprinter do 1 video. I am also having the same question and problem.
My antivirus detective 8 virus, it automatically deleted those file. NOW WHAT? The USB will be missing files
Hi, you need to close the antivirus software and add the printer drivers as trusted files. Please contact afterservice@procolored.com for your missed files.
QUESTIONS? I HAVE THE L1800 MY BUTTONS ARE ON THE FRONT. HOW CAN I RETRACT ROLL FEED? HOW CAN I STOP THE EXCESS USE OF FILM OFF THE ROLL?
press the backward button to retreat the roll film
I poured the wrong ink on the wrong tube & now idk what to do
You can use the syringe to pull out the ink, then clean it with water
What margins should I put? I keep getting distorted image at the beginning of the Print
You can make some margins on the canvas and check the option "keep the left margin" at the driver setting after you click the "RIP" button
if I go on holiday for 3 weeks how can I maintain my printer??
You can do this th-cam.com/video/D03QhWbaajo/w-d-xo.html
When we turn the power off, are we not supposed to shut it off completely and leave the rear swtich on??
Turn off the rear switch
"Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect." _Mark Twain
Where are you ejecting the ink from the syringe? After each color???
Eject them to a waste bottle in case of color mixing.
Hi, it doesn't print, the sheets continue to come out one after the other. What's happening, thanks
Please take a video and send it to afterservice@procolored.com, our tech staff will help you out.
My status fails when I upload it to my Pro Rip any idea
Which machine are you using?
Can these printers be used to print on aluminum foil rolls?
To print on aluminum foil, you need a UV printerwww.procolored.com/collections/uv-printer
I did everything your video said, and I cannot find my images once I save them and try to upload them to the software
Did you save your image in PNG or JPG? Only these 2 formats is available. Perhaps you need to locate the folder where your save the image.
Yes they are only available when I move them to the pro rip flash drive
@@heavenpowell6660 You can save your print job in the pro rip for your future next printing.
What settings or adjustments should be made to avoid wasting film roll (unused space) at the beginning of the printed image?
You can press the direction buttion to withdraw some film back in.
@@ProcoloredPrinter Yes, it was the first thing that was tried. Withdraw it back too much and the top of the printed image will be cut off. We will try and find the best spot to place the roll of film prior to printing.
Mine wont print when i do nozzle check? First setup and i did everything in the video the sent
It takes about 2 minutes to initial nozzle check. If the function still not working, please send a video to afterservice@procolored.com, our tech staff will help you out.
It is normal that my printer came with a single white USB?
Do you mean the USB dongle (blue one)for RIP program is missing? What's your order number?
You never mention the Nozzle Protect fluid??
Here is another video, the nozzle protect fluid is used here th-cam.com/video/D03QhWbaajo/w-d-xo.html
Great video, question… how do you avoid white outlines around the halftone dots after pressing T-shirt….I halftone a lot of my designs but when I press them… you can see the white outline around the dots which then makes the halftone look weird.. any help? Should I lessen the white ink on PRO RIP? any help?
Choke the white - There is a function "Invaginate/Extend" in the "W1“ and ”W2” settings, which are located at the right edge of the RIP software. You can narrow the white layer for several pixels.
@@ProcoloredPrinter thank you! can you make a video talking about this function please ? Or give me a rundown on how to use it. Please and thank you 🙏
If you are using the L1800 printer, open the Pro RIP application, import an image. There are "CMYK", "W1", "W2" on the right edge of the application window. Click the "W1", select "Invaginate", the 4 blanks represent the four directions, the numerical value represents the pixel value. Fill the four blanks with "1" or "2". Do the same thing in "W2”. @Dave_RNWD
Can I print a 12×17 design?
Yes, our printer is roll-fed. So there is no limit in length. And 12" width is also within the capacity.
Can this be set to Farenheit?
No, only Celsius. The temperature setting is not frequently changed, you can set it to 40℃ in a non-aircon room, and 41.5℃ if you have an air-condition

Entrega no Brasil?
Yes, we can deliver it to Brazil.
Does it come with the cutting device in the front ?
Yes
Not the one shown. It's a plastic ruler looking thing with razor blade at the bottom. It doesn't cut the edges on 13 inch film. I hate that thing. I wish mine came with what's shown in this video. You also get vague instructions. Does not come with user manual. It should come with more instructions and fine specs for 3 grand.
@@ginjaninja6963 Sorry about that, the plastic cutter you mentioned is the older version. We'll upgrade the machine this year, including user manual.
Hello,
Every time i print, the print does not come out with the white background.
not sure if im missing a step 🥲
The white ink doesn't flow out of the printhead. You can use a syringe to extract some white ink from the waste ink tube.
@@ProcoloredPrinter I did this already, I even replaced it with new white ink 😥
