A tip for extra secure room. I closed off the bottom sides and rear, then made a flap that comes down like a drawbridge in the front with a key lock so I can put stuff in the bottom and not worry about it being stolen. It’s all made out of (I think) 3/16” aluminum sheeting and SS big rivets, which suck to drill cuz it’s stainless steel, hope anyone who sees this takes the idea and runs with it! Love helping people! Also a way I have my flap setup is so they can’t just take the bolts out of the hinges and take the door off, gotta thinks of everything!
Granted it was a video that I was looking for how ever it is not the exact way I would have done it. Your video is good for showing how the boxes internals are and function
Interesting mod, well thought out and executed. not one that I would make, as that deep drawer will be a fantastic place for router bits and Forstner bits and such.
Cool I just bought one same color as well. The one thing I dont like is the deep drawer. Im not sure I hate it enough to buy a second one though 😅 excellent work 👍
The spec on the casters has changed. I was unable to find identical casters to allow all 4 to swivel. I even lined up the casters with the toolbox on display, and they fit perfectly. When I got home and built it, I saw that they changed to a more robust mounting plate which didn’t fit with the old style casters.
Both the 6 and 4 drawer set up would be a great idea if harbor freight would sell them like that. Your bad ass bro!

Should just stack the boxes for the 10 drawer cart mod with slim drawers up top and large drawers at the bottom.
