I have four HF Carts. I learned on the 1st cart to remove all the drawers when inserting the frame. Put all the necessary bolts loosely. Go from there.
I just bought the 30 in 5 drawer cart for their deal. It had zero hardware (minus casters). I wasn't happy with the solution HF offered. They said they couldn't send me the missing hardware. I could box it all up, load it in the truck, and return the cart bc they didn't give me bolts and washers. I love my box and my cart but that was bs.
My understanding is it's considered a manufacturers issue and for the store to get credit for the product it has to be returned. It's definitely a pain when it happens, and for something the size of a toolbox it adds additional annoyance. I had that happen with a microwave I bought at Lowe's, didn't have the turntable in the box, had to take the whole thing back.
Just got mine today cause of the extended parking lot sale and mine didn’t come with hardware either 😒. I got the red one (last one) and they said the same thing. I was like “I don’t wanna box it up and take it back” 😡 I just want the hardware

Your lid hydrolic bolts are a little to tight. Other than that she's a beauty

Just got mine assembled. The instructions suck big time, Fortunately a friend was spending a few days with us and helped to put it together
lol, yeah they really need some better technical writers.
Assembly on this needs a big revisions - lifting +100lbs item above belt level shouldnt be a step... especially when the product in pieces.
