  • On this episode of Chaos Divers, please join us as we had the honor and privilege to help the family have Keshell “Moe” Moore. Moe was an 18-year-old beautiful soul, that went missing on March 27, 2023, late into the evening.
SOLVED || Missing Vehicle Submerged In River 18-Year-Old Woman Found (Keshell "Moe" Moore)
Moe’s 2016 Ford Edge entered the flooded Ohio River and her life was ended tragically.
During this episode, Chaos Divers was able to locate the vehicle and with the assistance of Mike McFerron from Scuba Adventures, the vehicle was confirmed via license plate.
Unfortunately, upon removal of the vehicle, we found out, along with the family, that Moe was not inside. We continued our search into the next day. We put the word out for everyone to keep an eye out for Moe along the Riverwalk in Louisville, Kentucky. We are grateful that just a few short days later, a citizen contacted Louisville Metro Police Department, stating that there were remains floating in the Ohio River, near the Belle of Louisville. It was confirmed on scene that it was the remains of Moe.
Once again, we are incredibly grateful to have been able to provide answers to her family. Our thoughts and hearts go out to them during this difficult time.

We are incredibly grateful to have been a part of this. Please know we do understand and empathize with the events that took place in the city that day. We were there to help and told “we wasted our time making a trip”. It’s the 15 days prior that hurts our hearts.
We have always fully supported LE and will continue to do so.
There was an attempt made the night of Moe’s disappearance by the Fire Department dive team, but due to the high waters, were unable to do so.
This is a beautiful family who has so much healing in front of them. ❤

Although atleast now the family can bring their baby home! Great job 👏🏼 to the Chaos Diver team and Scuba Adventures for helping our diving angels! God Bless you all. What a bittersweet ending. For the record, I am all about supporting police…but there needs to be accountability. People were hurt and angry, they wanted money reallocated for mental health services instead of sending the cops who they don’t feel that they can trust. You can’t just make a statement like “and they want to defund the police” and act like they want lawlessness and recklessness. Not suspicious at all. They tried but failed. There's only so much you can do. once a vehicle goes under water. It's a recovery effort after that. If it was in a low river or something totally different story. But soon as a vehicle is full of water you can't do anything. Thats why if I'm near water always have your emergency brake on. And your windows down. Also, you have to think they had 2 shootings that day. So, resources would be thin. But everyone in these comments think it's a race issue.

Thank you Lindsay, Jacob from Chaos Divers, and Mike from Scuba Adventures that dove on this case. Jacob prayers for your health. Always glad you just said you found the vehicle to her family and not saying she was inside unless you definitely know a body is inside; you all have always been so respectful in the way you do that with family members as not to raise their hopes. So either her body was not in there at all when vehicle went into the water or upon impact body came out or the back cargo was opened and sinking the body came out. Prayers for the family looking now trying to find her body or someone boating or fishing along the river finds her. I do pray for the family at this time for Keshell to be found so they can lay her to rest. After seeing the rest of this I see someone "thank god not family" else found Keshell floating. You guys are heros for doing this for families, and for the lost loved ones. I wish the authorities would humble themselves and accept the help that you and the other volunteer teams provide them. I am so relieved that they found her, I was so sad when you announced she wasn't in the vehicle in your other video. Hopefully this family can find closure now and start healing.

So yes, it's heartbreaking because the family was thinking Moe was in there , but the hatch was open. The current was strong. I just can't believe people sat there and watched this occur and not help. You all did more than what the bystanders did in the family is grateful to you for that and my prayers go out to the person who did find Moe because I can't imagine what they feel felt at that moment

Whether it’s bringing closure to the families of those missing by finally locating & bringing them home, or simply by giving them the answer that their loved one is not in a specific area & therefore can now shift their focus onto other possible outcomes. We have faith in you guys & the wonderful people that have been joining you on & off in different areas of your trip.
I'm trying to gather information about another case for you all. A guy who lived with his elderly parents calls before he leaves work to go home to see if they need him to get anything on the way home.
He never made it home! His car was never found. St Joseph river goes right through South Bend, Indiana & Mishawaka, Indiana & the county of St. Joseph County in Indiana but also up into Michigan too. In some areas it's really deep & you don't go in if it's rained much currents can get really bad. The area is 30 minutes or so from the city where I live in LaPorte, IN.
This guy chose to live with them to care for them. He was a creature of habit. I remember comments on-line that people who knew him made.
Sadly my computer was hacked & they literally fried my motherboard so I couldn't get any of the valuable data that I saved. I know a rookie mistake. I'm posting this video to everyone & asking them for more info on this case maybe someone will forward it to one of the head Police Officers handling that case & they could tell you if there was a search of the rivers, ponds, or lakes that had ever been searched? Which I doubt that was when it happened thegraphics were HORRIBLE it reminded of the first pong game slow as sin or it would go so fast it would seem to be jumping faster than you could track the ball. LOL
Keep doing what you're Doing helping all these families looking for lost loved ones. I wouldn't be able to even imagine the hell the families are going through. Every single one of you that I follow is because I met your You-Tube Channels. Because of that other person & every single one of you guys have dropped in when asked to help each other out. You have been the Guardian Angel of that lost person & brought them home or as with this case hung around to help looking to find her body. She's been able to be laid to rest.
My deepest heartfelt condolences & prayers to her family and friends.
    May she Rest In Peace.
    🙏🙏❤️
As always I say prayers for all of you to be safe & locate the Lost Loved ones. Please be careful & always be safe.

🚨🚧 While I agree, the tragic events during the time frame is extremely heartbreaking. The way y'all were treated and how you were spoken to was nauseating and absolutely appalling. I totally understand that everyone reacts differently during very traumatic events, they weren't being mocked or called failures over not really searching while claiming otherwise.
💥Trained officers true to their profession would have accepted y'alls help with open arms due to being so overwhelmed with other tragedies without even needing to admit resources were just too thin. Not to mention it was literally costing the city, officers and the family absolutely nothing but resolution and peace.
😔Thank you for simply holding strong in these extremely frustrating and infuriating interactions. You are true professionals that recognize how much of an asset y'all truly are. So many police departments have shown their sincere appreciation for all y'all do.
❌While myself and many others contacted news, mayor, commissioners, pd, ect and vocalized our absolute disgust with their officers interaction with you guys and acknowledging the other tragedies. I hope Louisville does an investigation and issues a formal apology directly from the department that made the remarks. This needs to be addressed and they need to use it as a learning experience instead of lashing out like you are calling them incompetent or there acting like you are better or whatever.
✴️Professionalism!!!! It costs nothing to act as a team as you both have the same end goal!!!! ✴️
I'm sorry this is so long, but I had to voice my dismay and let you know I was contacting everyone above the police department to bring awareness, resolution, and to make sure it isn't allowed to ever happen again if future searches take you there.
📌I sincerely thank you guys for continuing to push forward to bring the family closure all while being threatened and treated like a problem.❤. 🚧🚨
