Wow,I thought i was the only one here that follows Starship updates😅 Nice to see other Nigerians interested in spaceflight Happy new year to y’all May we survive and thrive in this country we are in
I used to read Lowly Worm books to my children 50 years ago! The triumph when they found Lowly Worm 'hidden' in the picture remains with me today. Ah, the simple things of life. Happy New Year. Gales and 50F in London but freezing tonight - winter now starts!
These episodes are always fun because it's like someone who has only seen Starbase on TH-cam and this is their first visit. Like they've seen all this before but not in person and you're getting a tour by Das.
5:56 I think it is stunning to see the improvement on the circ welds between the can sections. The blight reflective line is now perfectly straight up the side. The original can sections from years back looked all lumpy at the joints. that is some serious improvement in welding procedures.
Thanks Das for adding the commentary version here to the lineup in 2024! Looking forward to seeing everything NSF brings into our world in 2025. Thanks for such a wonderful 2024 to the whole team!!!!!!
Happy New Year! Thanks Das! Now that there is only one type of launch, I think LM would be fine. Doesn't have the same ring to it that OLM but.... Yes BobCat kind of like Kleenex or Xerox. Looks like caulking around BQ area!..maybe FlexSeal?
Thanks for all the amazing work y'all have done this year -formerly from the Charlotte area, hahaha. (I used to live just barely on the Gaston county side of the Catawba). I don't miss the traffic on 74, hahaha (to say nothing of 85)
Happy New Year! Thanks for the update video. Where is the best place to view a launch? Thinking of making a visit this winter. Can you view from South Pardre Island?
Yeah, South Padre Island is the e Most available place to watch. If you want to get close in check out the Rocket Ranch for (paid) viewing tickets. Happy New Year! - Das
You know some of the best bits of your videos are the little things about America (much like listening to Letter from America by Alistair Cooke on the radio every Sunday morning in the 70's). I've never heard of Lowly Worm before. When SpaceX gets to the moon I hope they'll visit the Clangers and the Iron Chicken whilst up there.
As a former dump truck driver, I can verify that they’re all called bobcats, even if they say something like John Deere on the side lol I grew up with Richard Scarry, His stuff is awesome
Good deal, knew I wasn't crazy. I wonder how many things have unofficial "what my dad called it" names like that. If you asked me for a pair of water pump pliers, I wonder if I'd d hand you what you expected.😅 - Das
Why is it Merry Christmas and happy new year, could it not be happy Christmas and happy new year or Merry Christmas and Merry new year? Anyways, Happy New year to all of you at NSF, and thanks to all you do.
Thank you for a great year with the Best Community on TH-cam. Happy New Year everyone

At the 38 second mark, the insulator on the power pole in view starts arcing.
Thank you for this year. You guys are awesome. Keep up th3 great work into the future.
Thanks Das. Always enjoy how casual and informal you can be yet so informative at the same time.

Bobcat is synonymous with skid steer, you're safe! Happy New Year!
These episodes are always fun because it's like someone who has only seen Starbase on TH-cam and this is their first visit. Like they've seen all this before but not in person and you're getting a tour by Das.

Technically they're compact track loaders, but Bobcat is what most call them. We have one for our farm gets used many times a week
Happy new years yall!

The title scared me lol. Happy new years
Love the narrated videos!
I so want to see those boosters in person
In South Africa this is the first NSF video of 2025😂
Greetings and salutations, Happy New Year
Why is any title that mentions an end so scary lol
idk but the end of something is the beginning of something else
@pantheraerospace752 very true mr philosophy Sensei 😂
Happpy new year!
Nice work.
I currently read my kids the Richard Scary books. The like the story where Lowly Worm breaks his “foot” when it gets caught up in a bicycle wheel.
Happy New Year! Thanks Das!
Now that there is only one type of launch, I think LM would be fine. Doesn't have the same ring to it that OLM but....
Yes BobCat kind of like Kleenex or Xerox.

@NASASpaceflight awesome! I'll be sure to keep a eye out for the NASASpaceflight crew!
Happy New Year 🎊
LM was already taken by the Apollo program. OLM sounds good mate 😊

Hey, I am the product of things I've experienced, and I read a LOT of Rochard Scary children's books as a kid. - Das
Smashing
3:18 “Danger Boat” need to be a thing! Make it happen!
I like it. "Danger" typically means uncrewed though... so we need an RC boat - Das
@@NASASpaceflight Solar panels, camera in a box and a raft with an anchor.. serviced on the regular with Kayak Jack. To easy! ;)
YES, I have a T190 Bobcat skid steer (loader) !!
I've used Bobcat and skidsteer inter changeably.
Happy New Year everyone!
Are the buses at 10:49 for employee transportation?
Yep! Allows a bunch of them to park off site to avoid traffic issues
Damn this booster looks so clean
Coolness
12:50 what is the worm leg toy called? I want to get one for Toivo. A huge, cushioned self-standing toy
Lowly Worm from Richard Scarry - Das
I'm obsessed with everything Starship. I cant wait till the launch cadence increases to several times a month
Yes, MI6 is for international spying, MI5 for domestic.
Don’t ask.
Wow that's rolling quickly
The Richard Scary Lowly worm - such nostalgia! 😂😂😂
💯 - Das
What? Fireworks going off everywhere
Happy New Year John!
I think the new orbital launch mount move with require 3 SPMT's (i.e. 3 rows of them) due to the width of the structure.
Lowly!!!❤❤❤
期待第七次的到來~新年快樂

Hey group is the parking structure open and being used? I haven’t seen anything in any of the videos ??
Why is it Merry Christmas and happy new year, could it not be happy Christmas and happy new year or Merry Christmas and Merry new year? Anyways, Happy New year to all of you at NSF, and thanks to all you do.
His name is Beyer... Jack Beyer. 006,3/5.
Awesome. I loved watching the booster moved during the day. A skyscraper sized rocket just moseying down the highway. 😂
Happy New Year!!
Yeah. They’re called skid-steers. At least that’s how they’re labelled on my training manuals. But most people call them Bob-cats.
How is it that ship 20 has been around for this long?
Waiting for the Star Factory Curtains ;-)
I remember that worm! Can't remember the backstory on it though.
Lowly Worm from Richard Scarrys Busy Town! - Dad
