You read my mind. The E Pro 3 worked well for me - old age PB of 1:29 in the half marathon. Curious to see if a more aggressive shoe could boost me faster.
Chris, the controversial question: for slower marathon runners, who are losing their running form and mechanics after 30-40K, all tired up and aiming for times in the 4 hour range, is this the proper shoe? We’re talking average paces of 6 min /km or 10 min / mile here…I have read everywhere that the shoe is “unforviging” because it’s demanding and the foam is on the firm side, tiring factors to be on it for 4 hours. In other words, “Not for the average runner”.
I have the Endorphin Pro 3. So easy to run in. I love extreme rocker so waiting for a sale...

Great review. Love the honesty. You save my wallet 🎉🎉🎉
I ran NYC Marathon with these shoes. Improved my finish time by 18 minutes. Just sayin'.
What pace?
How long / many miles do these super shoes last?
Would you suggest throwing this into a rotation? It's well gonna be my race shoe and maybe a tempo shoe
Yes, I absolutely would. It’s a great option for tempo/track workouts and of course, race day.
@@chris_jonzey thank you so!🙏

Great question! I would recommend a super daily trainer, something like the New Balance SC Trainer or the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4.
