2 Things, I just installed these lights and was able to do it without cutting or trimming the bumper. After you get the old ones out you need to separate the bracket from the Spyder HL and install the bracket first then after the bumper is put back in place install the headlight. Second is the part where the side marker light socket goes in. The part that held the 194 Bulb is the part that seals that hole where the 2 wires are hanging out of. Plug the 2 connectors together, stuff the wires into the hole, push the connector in and twist. Test for polarity to make sure before you install the headlight.
Thanks Bro! I just got stuck and was about to cut the bumper, but happen to come across your post. Needless to say, I will be implementing your advise tomorrow.
I did the same thing....just removed the 4 nuts to disassemble and install without having to cut the bumper. Added benefit is it also makes it easy to pull the headlight housing back for any reason without needing to remove the bumber.
This video really helped me with my headlights I couldn’t figure out where the plug-in went and was gonna start splicing and the lights didn’t come with instructions thank you
This video saved my life with the halo lights. Was about to pay someone to wire it up. For people still struggling just flip it and keep trying and it worked for me.
What is that connector that goes on top to the plug for the led bar on the headlight I can’t find it nowhere my charger doesn’t have the top connector piece
You will find it on the markers you removed originally, you will have to remove it from the marker housing and remove the small bulb off the tip, then attach it as he showed on the video, plug in the led bar wire to it and there you have it ! Good luck
@@jundesways3940 had some beers to keep me motivated. Yeah thanks bro! Makes our cars look so good. They have an aggressive stance to be faded by some yellow headlights
These particular lights make this body style charger more modern looking. I am about to pull the trigger on the vipmotoz brand just wondering if you have had any moisture issues? Your charger looks pretty good!
Hi. I have not had any issues at all with these lights. Drove through the finland winter with these lights. No moisture problems at all. Very good lights
i know this was 2 years ago lol, BUT, Stock Headlight uses 9006 for low beam, 9005 for high beam, and T25 for turn signal Spyder headlights use 9006 for low beam, H1 for high beam, and T25 for turn signal so yes they are different but the bulbs that are included are halogen bulbs when buying the Spyder kit, you can buy LED's online
@@PawlDunken So i have been looking at these and i was wondering can the highbeam lights even be changed?? because it looks like it was a custom install from spider, can a H1 LED even be put in there or what Or do you just run the Halogen high beam that came with it
Yes they are good, i dont know how bright originals are, have not driven with them ever. But jeah, I will drive with these in dark winter time, so yeah

Dont cut anything guys... 4 nuts on the back, take the assembly apart, install bracket, install bumper, install headlights in that order.
Is it necessary to take the bumper off ? I'm thinking you can take the old out and place the new one in?
@@chicoloec9492 With where the nuts are located you have to remove the front bumper.

I like that the turn signals don’t phase out the low beam while activated.
i was trying to see what these would look like on the car, nice work
Thanks. They light up good in the dark also.
