- A local resident has interrupted a press briefing by Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison to complain that onlookers were trampling on his recently reseeded lawn.

I guess just politeness and kindness is one of the most important things. Not all problems can be solved this easily. Some problems may be able to be solved by talking, others may not. But I think one of the key things this videos highlights, is the kindness of the guy. It's really bright and sunny, so when the guy comes out he may not be able to fully tell who is on his lawn, and if the person is the PM or not. He's clearly annoyed about it but he makes sure to ask them politely then says please. Then he PM politely asks the crew and people to get off the grass and stuff. The guy even says sorry to the PM and people, just because although he is annoyed he knows he is clearly disturbing them and apologises. It's just refreshing to see and just really nice of both of them :)
