If this is his last week on the truck let him do it himself and then correct him. The best way to learn is mistakes that he sees(I do understand your point to).Many years ago when I drove my trainer show everything the first week and then I did everything unless we got a load we didn't do that first week. There really is no "sick" time in trucking that I've seen. I earn about 2 weeks a year for pto. The company works with you if you have an emergency.

I've been watching your videos for a while and recently applied, I've tried contacting the recruiters however my call drops every time I manage to get a hold of them, is there another way to contact them and if so how long does it typically take them to respond
