What midal gear touch to both gears than weels run front side n when midal gear touch to single gear than week run revers side.but u not show how side big gear go way from midal gear.very nice I m a commerce graduate but intrst to make go-cart.please reply thanks nice vedio.

It takes the shift shaft 6 turns (1 revolution) to move from forward gear to reverse, right? I think I will have to connect a handle to a gear that allows me to shift a handle just 45 degrees to rotate the shift bolt the full 360 rotation. Is that a 4:1 gear ratio? I am interested in connecting this gearbox with a lever mechanism. Thank you KST Hacks. This is really clever and I want to build it very badly

Never hit ball bearings with a hammer, you're destroying them! And don't weld so close to bearings, heat also destroys them. And never use cutting disc for grinding, it can shred into pieces and you can get hurt.
