There is client , consultant, contractor , where as L & T and Infosys were belong to contractors ,In EPC contracts all 3 where do homework else they will not finish contract since rules are internationally accepted you can not deviate from baseline schedule (initial terms and conditions) , where as in measurable contract only contractors work more, client and consultant go on changing terms and condition there is no baseline schedule as per law, only big contractors make money because they could able to finish jobs in measurable contract mode with in time and budget making labours to work more even 18 hours a day paying only 8 hours . India should adopt EPC mode of contracts there every body need work hard so contractor alone no need to spend more time in work. only contract mode to be changed.

I work in LTTS. Recently i came back from site to office. I saw that our site manager (she) literally walking on the floor threatening everybody that client is coming and if you walk in between or if you are loud I will throw you out personally.
