Isn’t it kinda of karma that LO has a lawyer that is taking advantage of her finances and emotions just like she has done so many times?
Here's the thing: The more LO keeps this circus going, the more money and content everyone gets to make. It's a win for everyone else and a loss for her. Because she has zero awareness, she will continue to dig herself into this hole, unfortunately. I say, let her continue her litigation shenanigans, let DG continue to milk money from the Owens family, let them both continue to embarrass and shame the Owens family. Let the Owens allow their daughter to drain their entire hard-earned legacy, so that nobody will inherit anything--thanks to Laura--when that time comes. Keep going, Laura, good on you!

I had a lawyer once. She handled my divorce and my ex was ordered to pay half of my attorney fees. Think ink was not yet dry on the papers and she had snagged the money directly from his checking account. She's a judge now.
These billing records are super standard. And most entries are for 15-20 minutes. I'll no-charge some quickie emails or calls but that is a courtesy. I'm paid by the hour, divided into 6 minute increments. It's not uncommon for me to spend hours researching something. When I was at a larger firm I didn't even have the opportunity to no-charge an entry!!!

MEGAN! BedJet is the BJ for everyone! It's like the hot air tube at the hospital when you come out of surgery. AMAZING. How did I know about Planned Parenthood closed on Sunday? I swear the Dr. expert testifying for Clayton was asked and answered the question re closed on Sunday. Otherwise, I'm not sure how or where I heard it...except from personal knowledge since there was a Planned Parenthood a few blocks from where I live until it closed during the 2020 closures of the world!
I caught the end of this stream last night. I'm glad you had a good time at Disney. I loved experiencing the new rides through your description. You really describe things well with your own flair. Afterwards I listened to the Tilted lawyers stream. I felt concerned for everyone involved because the men are VICTIMS of false litigation. Laura has the nerve to attack the system that she has used to victimize men. If criminal charges are not filed that would be a tragedy. I'm glad I decided to listen to your stream today. I still have hope that justice will be served for Clayton, Gregg, and Mike.

I believe they are using each other. Laura and Mama Owens are happy that they have found somebody to follow Laura's instructions, and he's happy to take their money. It's a win-win for them, that is, until this dragging on drains out the majority of Owens estate.

This judge is a family court judge. She may know the hours from prior cases or just general knowledge. Not reversible error.
another thing with the Rust trial, Alec had people playing with the guns doing target practice drinking and doing drugs. Theres an email from him saying what day and time to mess around between sets. Several times people missed bullets. If youre messing around with a gun and shoot someone thats involuntary manslaughter. I know you know nothing of the case so just thought id help you out

1:18:30 Bev said she would talk to jury after she had declared the mis-trial, that isn't the same as poling the Jury, once a mis-trial is declared the jury are dismissed and poling CANNOT take place, the judge going back to talk to the jury is to thank them for their service in person and to advise them of their privileges - that they may approach media and attorneys if they wish, but no-one not even the attorneys have rights to approach them.

Megan, one of the first things you learn when being tested for a gun license is to ALWAYS check the safety is on, the gun is not loaded and never point it at anyone. Regardless of what Alec Baldwyn says regarding being given a loaded gun, he is liable for the accident for not following basic gun safety.

The other rule that has been drilled into me since I was twelve years old taking a hunter safety course is that every time a gun changes hands the recipient must open the action and verify it is empty, even if it was only out of his hands for a few seconds. These are the basis of every formulation of gun safety rules in the last forty years. Some people make modifications for clarity, but these are the basics. There are rare circumstances where it is necessary to pull the trigger on an "empty" gun. When that is the case, I still make sure the gun is pointed in a safe direction which will not damage anything important when the gun fires. Even published film set safety rules conform to these standards. Baldwin appears to have ignored all of these rules.

The fire-arms tech had to destroy the gun to disprove the contention of the defense that the gun was defective. In short you have to hit it until the breaks.
The Brandon Lee thing was what is called a 'squib' which is where parts/remnants of a projectile are lodged in the barrel, for example from a blank round, and the next firing makes it project - that's why during training in the military they fit a "shredder" to the muzzle to catch, destroy any blank material.
