Something that has been sorely missed on this case (Laura Owens) is the fact that it highlights why you shouldn’t sleep with people on the first time meeting them. There’s a multitude of reasons why but a big one is you don’t know them at all and how crazy they might truly be.
For Gingras, he gets paid. The longer he keeps the drama going and the longer he can keep Laura and her family in the hook, the better for him. I don't think he CARES about "winning" in court as long as he's winning at the bank. Laura is dumb enough to keep paying him and she is addicted to the drama.
I doubt this is going anywhere.
What makes L O think by emotionally black mailing these men that they would stay with her. She is absolutely not right in the head.

I believe in all the filings that went to judge mother he stated he was going to put in a request to change judge not that he had put in a request to change judge. If every court case had to stop immediately when someone from one side said they were going to put in a request to change the judge how many hundreds of thousands of cases would just be sitting there not moving forward not doing anything because the lawyer made a claim and didn't follow through and actually submit the motion.
